Middle Township High School Athletics
On behalf of the Middle Township School District, I want to express my sincere condolences for the family of George Floyd. As a nation, we need to seek justice in a peaceful manner. Martin Luther King once stated “Violence brings only temporary victories, violence, by creating many more social problems than it solves, never brings permanent peace.” We all need to have those courageous conversations that bring equality to the citizens of this country. Remember “ courage is what it takes to stand up and speak: courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.” -Dr. David Salvo

Self Assessment 2018-19
Self Assessment Trends
A provision in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act requires all New Jersey public schools and school districts complete in-depth self-assessment forms by their School Safety Team, measuring how well each individual school has met the law's requirements. Assessments were based on the period beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. The following categories were addressed: HIB Programs, Approaches or Other Initiatives; Training on the BOE-approved HIB policy; Other Staff Instruction on HIB and Training Programs; Curriculum and Instruction on HIB and Related Information and skills, HIB Personnel; School-Level HIB Incident Reporting Procedure; HIB Investigation Procedure; and HIB Reporting. Using the Department of Education's rubric, schools graded efforts in each category, for a combined score from 0 to 78.
Middle Township High School
Vision Statement
Middle Township High School upholds the mission of our school district while seeking to provide students with an educational foundation that prepares them for academic challenges and personal enrichment. This opportunity provides equitable access to academic subject areas, as well as exposure to the arts, athletics, and other activities, all of which are available to every student. We believe exposure to these different pillars of instruction is essential to produce a well rounded student. As a school representing the diverse needs of our students and learning community, Middle Township High School is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that not only challenges all students, but provides them with the necessary skills to become successful active citizens.
