Congratulations, Jeff White!  On February 27th, Jeff became Middle Township High School’s first ever Region 8 Wrestling Champion.  Jeff also won the prestigious Outstanding Wrestler Award.  The award is voted on by the Region 8 Coaches at the conclusion of the tournament.  Jeff will represent Middle Township at Boardwalk Hall on Friday, March 5th in the State Championships. We wish Jeff the very best in his pursuit of a championship and the opportunity to get on the medal stand at States.

Congratulations to the cast and crew of Brigadoon (February 26-27).  Quite frankly, this year’s musical was amazing, and our students were incredible.  We hope you got to see it.  Special thanks to Ms. Debby Dalfonso and her entire staff of teachers and volunteers for all their hard work and effort.  We sincerely commend you and thank you again for your commitment and dedication to our students and school.

Congratulations to Coach Tommy Feraco on his 600th victory as Boys’ Basketball Coach at Middle Township High School.  600 wins is an amazing accomplishment, however, Coach Feraco is no stranger to success.  This victory against St. Joe’s on February 23rd is but one of the many impressive career accomplishments he has collected over the years.  Tom is a good man, a great coach, and a true champion.  We greatly appreciate his commitment, dedication, and hard work over the years, and thank him for everything he has ever done for our school and our students.  Thank you, Coach.  We wish you continued success and nothing but the very best in life, always

Alexis Tozour is participating in the United States Equestrian Federation’s (USEF) High School Equestrian Program.  This year, the USEF has developed a new program to honor high school equestrian athletes that is similar to earning a varsity letter.  We acknowledge her dedication to the sport and wish Alexis well as she prepares for competition.  Good luck, Alexis!

Congratulations to our High School Media Specialist, Ms. Kelly Lasher, who had her first book review published in this month's School Library Journal, which is read across the country.  It was in the Adult Books for Young Adults section and was a review of The Murderer's Daughters by Randy Susan Meyers.  We wish her well in her future endeavors, as she will be writing more reviews for the monthly journal.

This past summer, the district implemented a new student software management system - Power School. We are pleased to announce the opening of the Power School Parent Portal for grades 3-12. This program will allow parents to view Grades, Attendance, Grade History, Attendance History and Teacher Comments in real time. It will also allow parents to sign up for automatic student grade and attendance reports to be emailed to the desired (parental) email address.
